Shop owner Paul Rupp is a certified ASE Master Technician L-1. He earned a mechanical engineering degree from Kansas State University, and has been a student of auto repair since he was 12.

New Concept technicians and service managers are ASE certified, and update their knowledge annually by completing a series of rigorous exams. This is important to us and we all take pride in their accomplishments.

adequate technical training,
and appropriate technician certifications.

Customers are then surveyed on how well the business meets their automotive service needs.

Every question on the AAA survey must receive at least 90 percent positive responses before the facility will be considered for
AAA approval.

AAA also checks the facility's reputation with government and consumer agencies,
